About This Role
We are looking for a knowledgeable and hands-on Process & Transfer Technician with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations in the medical device industry. This role is critical in supporting the successful transfer of products and processes, ensuring smooth production workflows, and maintaining high-quality standards. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to support cross-functional teams and global manufacturing operations.
What You Will Work On
  • Support the transfer of medical device manufacturing processes between sites or production lines.
  • Assist in the setup, validation, and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure process consistency and compliance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production processes to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Document process changes, deviations, and improvements in accordance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Train production staff on new processes, equipment, and procedures in both English and Spanish.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 13485, and FDA regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
What You Will Bring
  • Associate’s degree or technical certification in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing or process engineering.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end production process in a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with process validation, equipment qualification, and documentation practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with process transfers in a regulated industry.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and manufacturing documentation tools.
