About This Role

As an SAP Warehousing and Logistics Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful performance and completion of projects as well as the seamless transition to sustainability. 

Engages with a broad project team to implement S/4 HANA, the latest version of SAP, which is replacing multiple SAP ECC platforms. Examine current business procedures, system practices and IT designs and recommends new improved solutions.

In this role, you will work in partnership with stakeholders across multiple functional areas as an extension of the client teams and manage all aspects of a project through its entire lifecycle.


What You Will Work On

Manage all stages of the project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, risks, issues and budget using established methodology (e.g., SDLC, Agile or Waterfall).

Need is for an experienced SAP Supply Chain Analyst (Plan to Produce

processes with emphasis on Shipping and Warehousing) to be part of the global deployment of SAP S/4HANA.

Makes configuration changes and supports coding changes within the SAP S/4HANA Basic TM and Basic EWM modules and other applications such as a Third-Party Logistics Providers.

Gathers requirements for local regulations and unique business requirements for each deployment wave.

Prepares and executes unit and integration testing. Supports user acceptance testing. Module and other applications such as Salesforce.

Provides Hyper-Care support after each Go Live. Troubleshoots and resolves issues impacting the business.

Provides technical and functional support for all key manufacturing and quality systems.

Serve as a Technical Lead on individual aspects of the S/4 Implementation, managing subprojects of small to medium size and complexity. Support all phases of the S/4 implementation, including Design, Build, Testing, Training and Development.

Act as the liaison between business and technology functions, including working closely with key stakeholders and end users. 

Develop and prioritize project deliverables and artifacts. Facilitate training, project communication and overall change management for the projects.

Communicate with senior management on project status and performance.



What You Will Bring

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree is a plus 7-plus years of project management experience with responsibility for the overall performance and delivery of large cross-functional projects, including scoping, schedules, risks, issues and budgets.

Fortune 500 background and/or Big Four consulting experience strongly preferred.

Experienced Scrum Master, PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications preferred.

Full project life cycle implementation experience with large corporate systems, managing complex enterprise projects and leading and directing the work of project teams. 

Excellent communication skills; strong relationship and consensus building skills to work in a team environment and interface with all organizational levels.

Project management experience in implementations of any of the following: ERP (i.e. SAP, Oracle), SaaS (e.g. Blackline, OneStream, Zoura, CoStar, LeaseAccelerator), Master Data Management (MDM), Data Security and Governance, HR (i.e. Workday, PeopleSoft), CRM, Business Intelligence, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Custom Software.  

Experience developing and maintaining standard project documentation, project plans, agendas, action items lists and deliverables; ensures adherence to company/PMO Project Management Standards and Software Development Lifecycle best practices.

Proficiency in project management tools (i.e. MS Project, Clarity, Smartsheet) preferred.

What You Can Expect

Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  Pay Range: $70-85 dollars an hour
