About This Role
As a Technical Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the successful performance and completion of system integration projects as well as the seamless transition to sustainability. In this role, you will work in partnership with stakeholders across multiple functional areas as an extension of the client teams and manage all aspects of system integration projects through its entire lifecycle. Future state, current state, legacy systems integration, project management. 
What You Will Work On
• Partner with business liaisons and technical teams to understand and define system goals and technical system requirements. 
• Create technical specifications and processes using structured analysis and data modeling techniques (e.g. activity diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams).
Understand and support data field attributes and SDLC. 
• Partner with designers to build system functionality and quality attributes. 
• Assist technical groups in revising logic for performance efficiency. 
• Build and leverage automation to decrease overall system deployment and support cycle time. 
• Participate in system and user acceptance testing efforts 
• Build standards, processes and procedures, and guidelines for business liaisons and software developers.  
• Understand system interdependencies and collaborate with project teams accordingly.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree is a plus 
 • 5-plus years of technical systems analyst experience with support and guidance for the overall performance and delivery of large cross-functional projects, including system integration, current state, future state, and data field attributes. 
 • Fortune 500 background and/or Big Four consulting experience strongly preferred 
• Full project life cycle implementation experience with large corporate systems, supporting complex enterprise projects and supporting and guiding the work of project teams. 
 • Excellent communication skills; strong relationship and consensus building skills to work in a team environment and interface with all organizational levels 
 • Technical Systems Analyst and/or Project management experience in implementations of any of the following: ERP (i.e. SAP, Oracle), SaaS (e.g. Blackline, OneStream, Zoura, CoStar, LeaseAccelerator), Master Data Management (MDM), Data Security and Governance, HR (i.e. Workday, PeopleSoft), CRM, Business Intelligence, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Custom Software. • Experience developing and maintaining standard project documentation, project plans, agendas, action items lists and deliverables; ensures adherence to company/PMO Project Management Standards and Software Development Lifecycle best practices • Proficiency in project management tools (i.e. Google sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs, Clarity, Smartsheet) preferred 
What You Can Expect
  • This is a Hybrid role with onsite travel requirements one week per month in Oregon, especially in early stages, remote otherwise.  
  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $75/hr - $80/hr
