About This Role

We are seeking a Vice President, Client Development – Strategic Client Accounts (SCA), who will be instrumental in growing revenue within one of our most premier strategic client accounts. Through new business development, account management and expansion of existing client relationships, you will play a pivotal role in diversification and revenue growth with this client. In keeping with our entrepreneurial culture, the Vice President, Client Development – SCA will have an opportunity to build and own a client portfolio while working in partnership with teammates to achieve key business objectives.

What You Will Work On

Accountability for the sales activity for a defined portfolio of clients and the cross-functional collaboration with internal partnerships that drive revenue results
Developing and implementing tactical sales plans to achieve portfolio revenue goals and objectives
Conducting account planning and proactively bringing innovative ideas and approaches to the account strategy
Owns and drives key strategic pursuits, leveraging the full range of RGP resources, as appropriate
Develops and maintains effective relationships and communicates effectively with key client leaders and staff to drive account penetration and sales growth
Continually develops new client opportunities by pursuing and expanding account and solution diversification
Serves as the client’s expert on the RGP business model, risk management, the client specific value-proposition and business impacts
Fosters cross-functional collaboration to deliver the best of RGP to clients and drive continuous improvement in the services and solutions RGP brings to the marketplace
Executes and delivers against established KPIs and performance metrics
Supports integration of enterprise and cross-functional initiatives across account portfolio, including account planning, forecasting, budgeting, and best practices related to sales process
Contributes to RGP’s commitment to continuous improvement by sharing account-related case studies, thought leadership, and relevant and impactful market trends
Ensures consistent execution of Consultant on-boarding process and communications

What You Will Bring

Bachelor's Degree from a four-year accredited institution preferred or relevant equivalent experience
10+ yrs experience with strategic account management and/or sales leadership in a professional services environment
Excels in driving results, communicating effectively, problem solving, and customer focus
Ability to think creatively with strong business acumen
A client management approach that exemplifies a strong sense of urgency, a drive to perform at the highest level, and a collaborative spirit
Detail oriented with a strong capacity for account management and planning; harnesses technology to produce strong sales results
An entrepreneurial spirit derived from experience building and/or transforming a business
Advanced skills in business development, sales effectiveness, strategic partnerships, account management, and presentation skills
Proven experience selling professional services within large, global accounts preferred
Strong capacity for networking and generating lasting business relationships
Experience within a fast paced, global technology driven environment

What You Can Expect

All Compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
Base Pay Range: $165,000 - $206,000
Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation
