About This Role
RGP is partnering with one of our global clients to provide support within their HR department in Latam. This role will help internal employees to best utilize their Wellness platform and optimize their employee experience. 
What You Will Work On
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage PO's and Invoicing for global wellness programs
Build and maintain local/regional program inventories
Build and maintain local/regional fitness facilities inventories
Manage employee requests/inquiries on wellbeing programs
Coordinate wellness training events, clinics, or initiatives
Deliver/send wellbeing education materials
Partner on wellbeing platform implementations
Manage relationships with local wellbeing champions

Support additional HR related requests and processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle in accordance with existing process documentation and HR policies globally. Areas of focus may include, but not limited to employee data management, compensation and benefits,  and recruiting and onboarding.
What You Will Bring
  • A minimum of 5 years of meaningful experience in benefits or HR/Business Operations equivalent role is required. 
  • Human resources generalist experience is preferred
  • English fluency is required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software products, Workday, Salesforce, and reporting tools are preferred.  
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and across geographies
