About This Role
We are seeking a Lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Treasury transformation initiatives, with a focus on bank reconciliation, FX processes, and system integration. This role will play a key part in validating Treasury process design, supporting system testing, and enabling successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Treasury operations, financial systems, and reconciliation processes, and is experienced in the Life Insurance or Reinsurance industry.
What You Will Work On
  • Support Treasury bank reconciliation analysis and ensure accurate data flow across Treasury systems.
  • Act as a Super User for SAP S/4HANA, validating process design and participating in system testing and end-user readiness.
  • Lead reconciliation efforts between legacy systems (e.g., R/3) and S/4HANA for cash and suspense accounts.
  • Validate and test FX remeasurement and translation processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Project teams to support system integration and transformation efforts.
What You Will Bring
  • Life Insurance or Reinsurance industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in Treasury operations, bank reconciliations, and FX accounting.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and legacy ERP systems (e.g., R/3) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to support system testing, data validation, and process improvement initiatives.
