About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the international deployment of a high-profile, executive-sponsored initiative designed to build AI awareness, skills, and innovation within a global finance organization. Following a successful domestic launch, this next phase will expand across Latin America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, integrating both virtual and in-person events for hundreds of participants worldwide.
This role is highly visible and requires a confident professional who can navigate global dynamics, align diverse stakeholders, and manage intricate execution demands. It is not technical in nature, but requires strong organizational discipline, executive-level communication skills, and proven global coordination capabilities.

Work Location: Occasional/Ad hoc onsite in Burbank, CA or Orlando, FL

Duration: 4 months

Pay Rate Range: $75/hr-$95/hr

What You Will Work On
  • Project Leadership: Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan for global rollout, ensuring timely milestones and deliverables.
  • Team Coordination: Partner with executive leadership, business users and technical partners to meet project objectives. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison for regional finance leadership, fostering alignment and executing escalation strategies when necessary.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve barriers, leveraging sound judgment and influencing skills.
  • Resource Alignment: Partner with internal teams and external experts to deliver a seamless experience, using existing content where possible.
  • Communication: Maintain consistent and transparent communication across stakeholder groups to ensure visibility and engagement.
  • Global Flexibility: Work outside standard hours as needed to accommodate international participants.

What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience in project management for large-scale, global programs.
  • Expertise in event planning or site training for multinational audiences.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diplomacy and clarity.
  • Comfortable operating with independence in complex, fast-moving environments.
  • Flexibility to manage non-standard work hours for global collaboration.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a big plus (not required).
