About This Role
We are very excited to share an opportunity for an important Entertaiment Client, who is looking for a professional with experience in maintaining and controlling the corresponding records related to the Customer Data Management.

3-5 years previous work experience in an accounting/finance
Customer Master Data experience preferred
Shared Services Environment preferred 
Proficient English
Hybrid- 3 days Client's office
10 Months Project
What You Will Work On
• Media and high-volume transaction maintaining Customer Data Management
• Mex GAAP Compliance
• SOX environment
• Business Process Outsourcer (BPO) arrangement
• Managing Service Level Agreement (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and performance metrics to drive results
• Experience in working with large teams across various locations

What You Will Bring
•  Experience creating and managing the Customer Master Data
•  Assign and manage key data points for the Customer Master Data
•  Make recommendations and help to define strategy on Customer Master Data management operational process improvements. 
•  Controlling the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of Customer Master Data management deliverables including on-going coordination with BPO service provider
• Ability to assess and measure impact and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Experience working with remote global teams
