Accounts Payable Clerk
Burton, OH (Hybrid)
5-Month Contract
Pay Rate:  $20/hr W2
Benefits:  Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, LTD Insurnace

We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our client's finance team during an exciting period of growth and system modernization. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining a collaborative in-office presence 3-4 days per week at our client's Burton, OH location.

What You Will Work On
  • Processing accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Inputting and managing invoices in current and new systems
  • Executing check runs and payment processing
  • Maintaining vendor records and relationships
  • Leading master data clean-up initiatives in preparation for new system implementation
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
What You Will Bring
  • Previous accounts payable or general accounting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems
  • Experience with system implementations preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Sage, and Microsoft Excel.
