About This Role
We are looking for a Senior UX Strategist who combines strategic thinking, human-centered design, and business acumen to shape exceptional digital experiences. This role requires someone who can balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to deliver impactful solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to translate complex challenges into elegant, intuitive experiences that support both customer satisfaction and organizational growth.
What You Will Work On
  • Define and execute end-to-end UX strategies, from discovery and research to prototyping and delivery.
  • Balance user needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility to ensure product value and scalability.
  • Advocate for user centered design decisions through empathy, storytelling, and evidence-based insights.
  • Lead workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder sessions to align teams around shared outcomes.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to influence product roadmaps and design direction.
  • Synthesize user data, metrics, and qualitative feedback into actionable recommendations.
  • Drives continuous improvement and innovation in processes, tools, and methodologies.
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience in strategic UX design or product design, preferably within global or cross-functional environments.
  • Strong empathy and user advocacy, with an ability to translate user behavior into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of engaging executive-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and shared vision.
  • Strong negotiation and influence abilities, aligning diverse perspectives around business objectives.
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills to synthesize complex information into clear solutions.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization, thriving in fast-paced, multi-project contexts.
  • High adaptability and resilience in evolving, ambiguous situations.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required for effective global collaboration.
