About This Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to identify, analyze, and document business requirements with clarity and precision. This role plays a critical part in designing functional solutions that optimize current and future business processes across the organization.
The ideal candidate acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions are aligned with strategic objectives, operational efficiency goals, and quality standards.
What You Will Work On
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with key users and stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Analyze and document current state processes (“As-Is”) and define future state improvements (“To-Be”) aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive functional and technical requirements documentation to support development and implementation efforts.
  • Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery teams.
  • Validate that proposed functional designs effectively address business requirements.
  • Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring full traceability and requirement coverage.
  • Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, or issues that may impact scope, timelines, or quality.
  • Ensure all documentation is clear, structured, and accessible for cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain proactive communication and consistent follow-up on deliverables across stakeholders.
What You Will Bring
Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • MUST: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, and requirements documentation.
  • Experience within insurance, financial services, or banking environments is highly preferred.
  • MUST: Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, SQL, BPMN modeling tools, and collaboration platforms like Miro.

Technical Skills
  • Strong process modeling and flowcharting capabilities.
  • BPM documentation and structured requirements writing.
  • Basic API validation and data analysis (SQL proficiency preferred).
  • Experience working in Agile environments.

Languages

 MUST: English Fluent required to collaborate with global teams.
