About This Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Audit Support Consultant to assist with external audits, financial coordination, and strategic initiatives. This role will work closely with external auditors (e.g., KPMG), support public offering preparations, and drive improvements in financial reporting and closing processes.
What You Will Work On
  • Coordinate deliverables and documentation for annual and special audits.
  • Serve as the liaison with external auditors, including KPMG.
  • Support the group’s public offering strategy and related financial preparations.
  • Identify and implement improvements to financial closing processes.
  • Develop proprietary reports and enhance processes for customer loan write-offs.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure timely and accurate audit submissions.
  • Provide financial insights and support without overseeing accounting closings.
What You Will Bring
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience supporting external audits and coordinating with audit firms.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
