About This Role
We are seeking a Vice President, Consulting in the Financial Services industry that will act as a key business partner to our Latin America market clients. You will play a key role in our consulting go to market strategy in Mexico and will be accountable for enabling and shaping the client strategy, selling and delivering consulting services for prioritized accounts leveraging local and North America capabilities and talent. You will bring your broader business expertise and collaborate with our revenue partners and consulting solution leaders across Veracity and Reference Point to problem solve clients’ challenges and provide localized project engagement leadership to drive client success, maintain operational excellence and mitigate delivery risk for your client portfolio. 
What You Will Work On
  • Build, nurture, and strengthen Veracity Consulting’s relationships and brand presence within assigned portfolio accounts by fostering high-trust partnerships with executive-level clients.
  • Collaborate with Veracity’s business solutions practice teams to define, tailor, and implement innovative, industry-specific solutions that address client needs.
  • Work closely with Revenue, Talent, and Consulting Solutions teams to drive business development efforts and oversee the contracting and operational processes for sold engagements, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive portfolio account strategy, including cultivating strategic partnerships with key client’s management teams and solution providers within client ecosystems to maximize brand exposure and value delivery.
  • Take ownership of client satisfaction metrics, including overseeing customer scoring that evaluates Veracity’s overall relationship and impact on portfolio of client accounts.
  • Represent Veracity’s culture and values as an ambassador in leadership forums, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission while championing its collaborative and client-focused approach.
  • Lead and drive revenue generation, with responsibility for USD $5M+ annually in partnership with the Revenue team
  • Achieve personal utilization target of 40% for the fiscal year

What You Will Bring
  • Proven leadership experience within a consulting environment (Required).
  • Significant recent experience in consulting account development and delivery management, specifically with clients in the LATAM Financial Services industry (Required) and Consumer/Healthcare Industries (Nice to have).
  • Expertise in advanced project delivery, including business transformation, strategic programs, business and technical project execution, with a preference for agile environments and cloud-based solutions.
  • Exceptional skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making. In addition, you will bring your excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets of similar scale.
  • Extensive experience in leading the delivery of large, complex consulting service programs, covering digital and technology, data management, customer experience, risk and compliance, operational resiliency.
  • Bring a minimum of 15 years of experience in Consulting and Transformation roles with demonstration of competency in both solution selling and delivery i.e., delivery oversight.
  • Proficiency in managing portfolio of client consulting account commercials, including pricing, profitability, and contract management.
  • Lead and drive revenue generation, with responsibility for USD $5M+ annually in partnership with the Revenue team
  • Achieve personal utilization target of 40% for the fiscal year
  • Knowledge of modern technology trends, particularly in Cloud and Data domains, is an asset.
  • Familiarity with leading platforms such as AWS, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Akumina, Google, Oracle and/or Salesforce is an asset.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited higher education institution. Certifications are highly desirable around SAFe, Lean, Six Sigma, CISA, ITIL, CFA, CPA.
