About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Integration & Analytics Specialist to join our team within the financial services consulting space. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong analytical mindset who are passionate about data quality, process improvement, and data governance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data initiatives that drive business insights and operational efficiency.

What You Will Work On

Support data integration, data quality, and analytics initiatives across client engagements.
Document data lineage, create source-to-target mappings, and assist in root cause investigations.
Participate in projects related to customer data unification, identity resolution, and consent management.
Execute data extraction, transformation, and validation scripts to support Root Cause Analysis exercises.
Contribute to process improvement activities using Lean problem-solving methods such as A3 or 5 Whys.
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain metadata documentation and ensure adherence to data governance principles.
Prepare clear, structured reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

What You Will Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Industrial Engineering, Informatics, or related field.
5 years of experience in data integration, data quality, or analytics roles within consulting in financial services.
Is a Must a Financial Industry or Insurance Industry
Familiarity with ODS–MDM–ADS architectures and basic data governance principles.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools, SQL querying, data profiling, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of metadata documentation tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation) is a plus.
Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles (Yellow/Green Belt) or equivalent process improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical mindset with curiosity and methodical approach to problem-solving.
Excellent collaboration skills; able to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
