About This Role
We are looking for a financial analyst in a banking institution to work with an important bank to evaluate existing financial procedures and document each step to identify areas for improvement. 
What You Will Work On

1. Process Analysis and Documentation: Evaluate existing financial procedures and document each step to identify areas for improvement.

2. Process Design and Optimization: Create or refine financial processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure regulatory compliance.

3. Internal Monitoring and Control: Ensure that financial processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.

4. Task Automation: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve speed and accuracy.

5. Financial Data Analysis: Interpret reports, balance sheets, income statements, and other data to support decision-making.

6. Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on financial performance and the status of key processes.

7. Training and Support: Provide advice and training to teams involved in financial processes.

8. Risk Identification and Management: Detect potential risks in financial processes and propose preventive measures.

9. Continuous improvement: Implement actions to maintain and improve the quality and efficiency of processes.

10. Design process diagrams and maps to visualize how activities flow within the organization, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.


What You Will Bring
  • 1-3 years of previous experience in financial analysis or similar positions in a bank or financial institution
  • Experience in accounting and financial processes in a bank or financial institution
  • Intermediate English
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
