Financial Transformation Consultant - Ciudad de México, Mexico - 9598 - RGP

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to support a Finance Transformation initiative focused on optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving strategic change. This project-based role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep experience in finance operations, process improvement methodologies, and change management.

What You Will Work On

Lead and support finance transformation efforts across core processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash).
Assess current-state workflows and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement future-state processes.
Develop and deliver documentation, training materials, and change management strategies.
Provide hands-on support during implementation phases, including testing, validation, and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor project milestones and ensure alignment with client goals and timelines.

What You Will Bring

Experience working with finance and controlling functions in Mexican banking institutions.Demonstrated experience in finance operations, process optimization, or transformation consulting.
Proven success in leading or contributing to finance transformation projects with measurable outcomes.
Strong knowledge of finance systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle, and familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Interviews will be conducted in English.

Hybrid work model based in Ciudad de México, with flexibility to collaborate both remotely and on-site as needed.
