About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to support a Finance Transformation initiative focused on optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving strategic change. This project-based role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep experience in finance operations, process improvement methodologies, and change management.


What You Will Work On
  • Lead and support finance transformation efforts across core processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash).
  • Assess current-state workflows and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement future-state processes.
  • Develop and deliver documentation, training materials, and change management strategies.
  • Provide hands-on support during implementation phases, including testing, validation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor project milestones and ensure alignment with client goals and timelines.


What You Will Bring
  • Experience working with finance and controlling functions in Mexican banking institutions.Demonstrated experience in finance operations, process optimization, or transformation consulting.
  • Proven success in leading or contributing to finance transformation projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of finance systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle, and familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Interviews will be conducted in English. 
  • Hybrid work model based in Ciudad de México, with flexibility to collaborate both remotely and on-site as needed.
