As a Scrum Master, you will lead and mentor multiple Agile teams, ensuring the effective adoption and execution of Scrum and Agile principles across complex projects. You will act as a servant leader, driving continuous improvement, fostering collaboration, and enabling teams to deliver high-value outcomes. Your role will involve partnering closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership to align priorities, remove impediments, and promote a culture of transparency and adaptability.
What You Will Work On
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Sprint Review, Backlog Refinement) across multiple teams.
Guide teams in the application of Agile and Scrum practices, ensuring delivery of quality products on time.
Mentor and coach team members and junior Scrum Masters to elevate Agile maturity.
Identify, track, and remove impediments that affect team delivery.
Partner with Product Owners to ensure product backlogs are clear, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
Promote continuous improvement practices by tracking metrics and implementing actionable changes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between development teams and business goals.
Participation in local, regional, and global projects.
Facilitate and guide the team in adopting and implementing the Agile framework.
Support the Release Train Engineer, Product Owner, System Architect, and System Engineer in managing the Product Backlog.
Ability to identify, notify, and remove impediments or obstacles that distract the teams.
Identify and communicate risks and dependencies that need to be managed
Support in framework ceremonies both at the team level and during PI Planning.
What You Will Bring
Mandatory: Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Mandatory: Active certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster - CSM, Professional Scrum Master - PSM, SAFe Agilist).
Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role, managing multiple teams and complex projects.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and product delivery lifecycle.
Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use metrics to drive decisions.
Minimum 4 years of experience.
Demonstrate experience managing 2 agile teams, each one with at least 15 people
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and tools (Scrum, Jira, Confluence).
Ability to manage team backlogs, facilitate agile ceremonies, and generate iteration reports.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and DevOps practices
