About This Role
As a Program Lead with S/4 HANA experience, you will drive the successful implementation and optimization of our client's S/4 HANA initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in guiding cross-functional teams, overseeing project lifecycles, and ensuring the seamless integration of S/4 HANA solutions into our business processes.
What You Will Work On
  • Lead end-to-end program and project management for S/4 HANA implementations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, identifying critical milestones and resource requirements
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of S/4 HANA to provide strategic guidance on system architecture, configuration, and customization
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth data migration, system integration, and performance optimization
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to understand requirements and align project goals with organizational objectives
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into understandable terms
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with S/4 HANA implementations and develop proactive mitigation strategies
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
What You Will Bring
  • Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA modules, including but not limited to Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
  • Familiarity with SAP methodologies and best practices
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex, large-scale S/4 HANA projects – including multiple end to end implementations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Proven ability to make strategic decisions and drive initiatives forward

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
    • Pay Range: $85-125/hr
