About This Role
RGP is looking for accomplished Consultants as Functional Leads to support full lifecycle SAP S/4 HANA projects for Fortune 1000 organizations across industries, capabilities and geographies.  SAP S/4 HANA brings innovations in IoT, big data analytics, mobility and more – your expertise in these areas adds value to our diverse portfolio of top-name clients. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support exciting opportunities across multiple industries with our clients as they embark upon new S/4 HANA initiatives.
What You Will Work On
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across our clients’ enterprises, serving as a critical systems expert to align and integrate processes and systems.
  • Assist in the leadership and delivery of engagements. You will build on your experience designing and executing transformation programs while collaborating and interfacing with client counterparts daily to define long-term vision, goals, and strategies
  • Align business processes while also providing configuration and integration support in key areas within SAP S/4 HANA  
  • Provide insight on strategic direction and roadmap for use and implementation of SAP applications and other integrated systems. 
  • Proactively seek ways to apply technology to business processes
  • As part of solution identification and design, create and maintain solution architectural, design specifications and architecture review template. 
  • Lead AS-IS TO-BE and Gap Analysis efforts. Trouble shoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard systems functionalities. Architect end-to-end functional application solutions that leverage SAP best practices and integrate seamlessly with any third-party tools used by the company
  • Conduct requirements workshops with a team of global IT professional & subject matter experts, translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives w/associated metrics
  • Define, execute and support testing of the solution 
  • Help use best practices and SAP tools to migrate to S/4 HANA with minimum downtime window. 
  • Perform knowledge transfer to client and supporting organizations throughout all phases of the project
  • Support management of project execution from start-to-finish in order to deliver according to plan (scope, quality and time)
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree highly desired
  • ASAP Methodology a Plus
  • At least 2 full lifecycles of SAP implementations from project prepare phase through deploy and run phases
  • Proficiency with S/4 HANA required, with experience developing SAP solutions in complex SAP environments
  • Key contributor on large ERP implementation projects and teams
  • Experience with blueprint design, documentation of financial processes, and system configurations
  • Ability to simplify difficult situations, models and issues to create executable actions
  • Strong business background - comfortable interfacing with client executives, IT and business client members in consultative client engagements.
  • Experience in consulting vs. industry
  • Ability to influence at the leadership level
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%

  • Pay Range: $90 per hour
