About This Role
As an Accounts Payable Vendor Portal Specialist, you’ll manage vendor relationships and optimize AP operations using Oracle Cloud (Fusion). This role focuses on streamlining invoice processing, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the supplier experience through effective use of the Oracle Supplier Portal.

The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge of AP processes, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and a proactive mindset for process improvement.
What You Will Work On
  • Lead or support the implementation of the Oracle Cloud AP module, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle Fusion AP, offering guidance and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the vendor portal and AP workflows.
  • Conduct system testing, identify issues, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
  • Troubleshoot AP-related system issues and deliver timely solutions.
  • Analyze existing AP processes and recommend improvements leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities
  • Support change management initiatives and training related to AP system enhancements.
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience implementing the Oracle Cloud / Fusion AP module
  • Strong knowledge of AP processes and vendor portal functionality
  • Skilled in system testing, issue resolution, and process optimization
  • Effective communicator with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $55-$65 (DOE)
