About This Role
We are seeking two experienced Business Analyst leads to support our process reengineering efforts within the insurance and retirement planning space. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, transforming business requirements into actionable user stories, and ensuring efficient delivery of retirement products and services.
What You Will Work On
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for retirement planning products.
  • Work on Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and transform them into actionable user stories.
  • Engage in process reengineering to streamline retirement planning and insurance workflows.
  • Ensure retirement-specific knowledge is embedded in solutions, with familiarity in non-qualified securities as a plus.
  • Liaise between technical teams and business units to deliver retirement products and services efficiently.
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience in the insurance and retirement planning sectors, including handling 401(k) plans and state pension systems.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping processes for funds and securities management.
  • Proficiency in creating BRDs and user stories.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with non-call securities.

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $70-$100
