Treasury Consultant - Golden, Colorado, United States - 12094 - RGP

About This Role

The consultant will play a critical role in improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of treasury operations, while also ensuring proper documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

6 month Project plus benefits offered
Pay Range $70-90/hour

What You Will Work On

• Assess and document current-state treasury processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization

• Design and build automated workflows and reporting solutions

• Partner closely with Treasury, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements

• Translate business needs into scalable, technology-driven solutions

• Develop clear process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides

• Lead training sessions and knowledge transfer to ensure long-term sustainability of implemented solutions

• Provide recommendations on best practices for treasury operations and reporting automation

• Support testing, validation, and refinement of implemented solutions

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience in treasury operations, finance transformation, or treasury technology consulting

• Hands-on experience with Sigma (strongly preferred) or similar data/analytics platforms

• Experience automating financial or treasury processes (cash management, forecasting, reporting, etc.)

• Strong understanding of treasury workflows, systems, and controls

• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience documenting processes and delivering end-user training

• Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing or global organization

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and integrations with reporting tools

• Background in data modeling, reporting automation, or business intelligence tools
