About This Role
The consultant will play a critical role in improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of treasury operations, while also ensuring proper documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • 6 month Project plus benefits offered
  • Pay Range $70-90/hour
What You Will Work On
Assess and document current-state treasury processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization 
Design and build automated workflows and reporting solutions 
Partner closely with Treasury, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements 
Translate business needs into scalable, technology-driven solutions 
Develop clear process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides 
Lead training sessions and knowledge transfer to ensure long-term sustainability of implemented solutions 
Provide recommendations on best practices for treasury operations and reporting automation 
Support testing, validation, and refinement of implemented solutions 

What You Will Bring

Proven experience in treasury operations, finance transformation, or treasury technology consulting 
Hands-on experience with Sigma (strongly preferred) or similar data/analytics platforms 
Experience automating financial or treasury processes (cash management, forecasting, reporting, etc.) 
Strong understanding of treasury workflows, systems, and controls 
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
Experience documenting processes and delivering end-user training 
Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset 

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a manufacturing or global organization 
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and integrations with reporting tools 
Background in data modeling, reporting automation, or business intelligence tools
