About This Role
A non-profit healthcare provider is seeking a Contract Digitization & Cataloging Specialist to support a large-scale contract consolidation and digitization initiative. This project involves organizing and digitizing 3,000–5,000 paper contracts across multiple office locations, reconciling them with existing digital records in MediTract, and helping build a comprehensive contract repository.
What You Will Work On
  • Collect and organize paper contracts across various Greensboro, NC office locations.
  • Review MediTract extracts to identify existing digital contracts and avoid duplication.
  • Compare physical contracts with MediTract entries and document reconciliation status.
  • Build and maintain a shared inventory of contracts, capturing key metadata such as contract type, parties, and effective/expiration dates.
  • Scan and digitize physical contracts, uploading them to the client’s designated repository using standardized naming conventions.
  • Support the Project Manager in identifying and prioritizing contracts based on relevance, expiration, and regulatory importance.

What You Will Bring
  • 3–7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Contract Management, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., MediTract).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Experience with scanning, digital file management, and metadata tagging.

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
    • Pay Range: $25 - $40 p/hr
