About This Role
As a Staff / Senior Accounting Consultant, you will partner with our clients by supporting the month-end close process, financial reporting, reconciliations and audit compliance.
What You Will Work On
  • Lead and support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis
  • Ensure all accounting activities comply with U.S. GAAP and internal policies
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with a high degree of accuracy
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various business units and provide ad hoc financial support
  • Assist with audit preparation and documentation as needed
  • Provide accounting support during system transitions, process improvements, or internal projects
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to finance leadership and stakeholders

What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CPA-track preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with journal entries, general ledger, financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
  • Proficient in ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across departments and explain financial concepts to non-financial teams.
  • Ability to be onsite hybrid in Indianapolis
