About This Role
As a key member of RGP’s global Human-first people organization, the HR Business Partner is aligned to a functional subset of the organization across HR disciplines including employee relations, legal compliance, performance management, compensation and training and development. The HR Business Partner is a key liaison between functional HR experts and the business responsible for driving effective execution of HR initiatives. Reporting to the Leader of HR Business Partnerships, your “sleeves up” work approach is characterized by taking initiative and driving high-quality work to enable team & organizational performance. 

What You Will Work On
  • Partner directly with business leaders to define and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and key initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide solutions that balance employee needs with business objectives.
  • Analyze trends and develop strategies to resolve HR issues and make a positive impact on business results.
  • Provide information and assist with change management and adoption of enterprise initiatives and business processes such as performance optimization, compensation review, updated policies, etc.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and workplace culture.
  • Provide guidance and input on business function restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Capture the voice of employees to share with leadership and recommend and implement strategies.
  • Provide guidance on benefits, leaves of absence, and HR policies.
  • Administers appropriate policies and programs for effective management of people resources including programs for employee relations, affirmative action, sexual harassment, external education and career development
  • Analyzes trends and develops strategies to resolve HR issues and make a positive impact on business results.
  • Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning within your business unit.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with all levels of leaders, including C-Suite Executives.
  • 5-8 years of HR experience with a focus on business partnering in a fast-paced organization (international experience is a plus).
  • Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to exercise good judgment and have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to quickly develop high trust and credible business relationships.
  • Knowledge of multi-state employment laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, fast-moving environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, influence, and drive results.

What You Can Expect
  • All Compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
  • Base Pay Range: $84,000-$145,000
  • Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation
