About This Role

RGP is seeking a Finance Director Consultant with a strong biotechnology or life sciences background to support Clinical Development Finance. This strategic business partner will oversee financial planning for active clinical trials, working closely cross-functional leaders to drive financial performance and support key business decisions

What You Will Work On

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long-range planning for Clinical Development.
Manage financial oversight of four clinical trials, including variance analysis and scenario planning.
Partner with VPs and department leaders to develop budgets and provide financial guidance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and executive-level financial reports.
Develop financial models and provide insights to support strategic decision-making

What You Will Bring

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
8+ years of FP&A or finance experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences.
Direct experience supporting Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, or clinical trial finance.
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and scenario modeling.
Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling experience.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills.
Proven ability to partner with senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
