About This Role
As an Xactly Functional Consultant-Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Compensation and Leadership Teams. Your primary goal will be to create efficiencies and reducing errors through effective configuration and administration of compensation plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality and accuracy.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the variable compensation plans and commissions; configure rules precisely.
  • Document errors and empower the compensation administrative team to address and resolve issues.
  • Hold the compensation team accountable for remediation efforts.
  • Operationalize processes for production, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and replicable for current and future team members.
  • Transition seamlessly with the incumbent consultant and quickly become a meaningful contributor.
  • Work independently with limited direction, while maintaining proactive and frequent communication with corresponding teams and leadership.
  • Energize and motivate a team that may be resistant to change.
What You Will Work On
  • Leading UAT testing to validate system changes and enhancements.
  • Configuring compensation plans and rules to align with organizational requirements.
  • Documenting and addressing system errors, and ensuring the administrative team is equipped to handle issues.
  • Developing and maintaining operational processes and documentation for smooth production workflows.
  • Collaborating with the incumbent consultant to ensure a smooth transition and quick ramp-up.
What You Will Bring
  • Strong background in Human Resources and Compensation, with a preference for candidates with relevant experience.
  • Must be proficient with Xactly Administrator duties and functionalities of the software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and frequent communication style.
  • Comfort in stepping into a team that may be resistant to change and the ability to energize and motivate team members.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in configuring compensation plans.

What You Can Expect
  • This is a remote work model, with occasional Hybrid model being onsite as needed.   
  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $60/hr - $75/hr (Based on experience)
