About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Recruiter to support the HR function in recruiting and filling various critical roles across production and back-office functions. This consultant will also be responsible for establishing and implementing recruiting processes and best practices.
What You Will Work On
  • Partner with HR and leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract and fill top talent for manufacturing and administrative roles.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Establish and document recruiting processes, workflows, and tools.
  • Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Provide weekly reporting and updates to leadership.
  • Roles to fill include:
    • Set Up/Operators
    • Machinists
    • Programmers
    • Various Back Office Roles
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited institution, a plus
  • Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing roles, especially in precision machining, and roles requiring setup, programming, and operation expertise.
  • Strong understanding of machinist skills, operations, and manufacturing processes. Ability to work independently and build processes from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, small company or private equity environment is a plus.
