About This Role
RGP is looking for a Senior Consultant to provide First Line Risk Management support. The consultant will work on establishing governance guidelines to standardize processes, create an efficient and scalable structure, and streamline risk management activities. The role will also include facilitating the Risk Management Processes across Business Units, including Risk Identification & Assessment, Risk Response, Risk Measurement & Monitoring, and Risk Reporting & Escalation.
What You Will Work On
  • Support First Line Risk execution of company-wide Content Management & Publishing activities in support of the Disclosure Management Program.
  • Compile and analyze disclosure-related reports and usage statistics to build recurring and ad hoc disclosure reporting and metrics.
  • Establish cross-functional partnerships with disclosure management stakeholders, including engaging and collaborating with Business Units.
  • Contribute to the creation and effective challenge of business and platform requirements, design, and implementation of solutions to establish efficiencies and identify opportunities to scale and optimize disclosure management processes.
  • Maintain First Line Risk enablement and educational training resources, assist with the development of the Business Enablement Journey, and participate in the development and execution of rollout, implementation, communication, and training strategies.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in risk management, supervision, or content strategy.
  • Experience in financial services, consulting, or regulatory agency.
  • Understanding of retail, advisory, and brokerage products/services.
  • Proficiency in various digital disclosure, marketing, and advertising channels and strategies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint application, Power BI, and Power Automate is a plus.
  • Expertise in using and configuring CMS platforms like Drupal, WorkFront, Naehas, and others.
  • Understanding and use of digital asset management (DAM) systems.
  • Ability to develop business requirements for projects, reporting, and technology initiatives.
  • Active FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses are a plus, but not required.

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $70-$75/hr.
