About This Role
As a Human Resources Consultant, you will be supporting U.S.-based employees from Mexico City, providing high-quality HR assistance and customer service. This role is ideal for someone with strong Spanish & English communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a detail-oriented mindset.
What You Will Work On
  • Respond to HR, payroll, policy, benefits, and employee data inquiries from U.S.-based employees and managers.
  • Handle inbound requests via phone, email, chat, and HR platforms such as ServiceNow and Workday.
  • Perform employee data transactions and updates in Workday and other systems.
  • Troubleshoot payroll issues, time-off inquiries, employment verifications, direct deposit setups, and tax document re-issues.
  • Support employees in using self-service tools and HR technology platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and complete case notes in alignment with audit and company standards.
  • Educate employees on self-service resources to promote independence.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee data.
  • Escalate complex cases to Tier 2 support or other departments as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data reviews, correspondence, filing, and records management.
  • Contribute to departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Will Bring
  • Experience in HR administration or a related field, ideally within a global HR Service Center.
  • Fluent in Spanish & English (oral and written) is essential.
  • Familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, or similar HR/payroll and case management tools preferred.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams.
What You Can Expect
  • This is a project-based role expected to last 6–9 months or longer. The first month will require full onsite presence (5 days/week) for onboarding and training, followed by a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The office is based in Lomas de Chapultepec, Ciudad de México, Mexico.
  • Pay Ragne: MXN $45,000–$65,000
