About This Role
We are seeking a Management Consultant with extensive experience in credit underwriting and leadership to oversee the development, execution, and leadership of credit underwriting projects within our banking clients' organizations. As part of the RGP team, you will lead a group of consultants in delivering comprehensive assessments of credit underwriting processes and providing valuable insights to executive management and stakeholders.
What You Will Work On
  • Manage the development, execution, and leadership of credit underwriting projects for our banking clients.
  • Lead a team of consultants in conducting critical evaluations of credit underwriting processes, including risk identification, borrower assessment, and portfolio management practices.
  • Assess compliance with industry regulations, bank policies, and procedures related to credit underwriting.
  • Review credit quality and related trends on a portfolio, industry sector, and product basis, and identify emerging risks.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand objectives, requirements, and expectations for credit underwriting projects.
  • Present project activities and results to executive management, senior leaders, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to consultants on credit underwriting best practices and methodologies.
  • Manage accountability for project deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of credit underwriting processes.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in credit underwriting, with leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of credit underwriting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and assess credit risk for diverse portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
What You Can Expect
  • This is a leadership role with significant responsibility for managing credit underwriting projects and teams.
  • Competitive compensation package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
  • Rate: $85-$100 /hr. (W2, Hourly)
