About This Role
As the General Ledger Accountant Consultant, you will be supporting finance and accounting operations within large, global organizations. This role requires deep expertise in SAP reporting (S/4HANA, ECC 6.0), GAAP accounting, and budgeting/forecasting across multi-year and rolling cycles. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic liaison between IT and accounting, leveraging tools like Power BI, Fiori, and SAP T-Codes to drive reporting accuracy and process efficiency.
What You Will Work On
  • Reporting role, being able to reengineer accounting problems and sales problems in the system, utilizing Power BI and S4 Hana.
  • Understands prepays and regular invoicing, and rebates.
  • Process and reconcile transactional data/general ledger balances between different ERPs
  • Analyze companies with non-controlling interests for correct accounting of ownership
  • Accumulate data and commentary to generate quarterly/yearly reports and schedules that will be used in internal and external financial reports
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related
  • 4+ years of SAP 4 Hana and general accounting experience
  • Knowledge of GAAP  - IFRS
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with a focus on intermediate Excel skills, experience with Power BI, and SAP 4 Hana.
  • Ability to run reporting to confirm accuracy of data
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $55/hr-$70/hr
