About This Role
Operations Coordinators are comfortable communicating with partners at various levels within RGP and with clients, including executives.  Coordinators may assist with performing research to address errors and improve processes.  They display a proficient level of process knowledge and business acumen that they leverage to build and maintain positive partnerships.
What You Will Work On
  • Able to work independently and follow prescribed processes for generating RGP legal agreements and assisting with project tracking and internal approvals.
  • Partner closely with Revenue team members to support key internal & client processes
  • Capable of assisting Market / Account Leaders with basic report generation
  • Provide operational updates in-person in local sales meetings.
  • Assist with in-person and remote consultant onboardings as needed.
  • Partner with the Talent team to address and resolve any onboarding issues and deliver consultants by the needed start-date.
  • Answer and assist with operational consultant questions during project engagements.
  • Work with partners in corporate functions to ensure compliance with all Internal/SOX Controls for Client & Consultant documentation.
  • Proactively provide guidance to Consultants regarding Client Specific Requirements.
