About This Role
At RGP, we are looking for someone passionate about designing human-centered experiences, capable of turning business and technology needs into clear, usable, and measurable solutions.
What You Will Work On
  • Understand and interpret user interaction and usability needs.
  • Translate business, technology, and user requirements into visual proposals.
  • Design measurable-impact solutions for different audiences (clients, non-clients, and internal users).
  • Structure, organize, and prioritize information in a clear and coherent way.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate and validate solutions.
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience: minimum of 4 years as a Product Designer and/or UX Designer.
  • Proven experience on Design system, Usability.
  • Ideal: English Intermediate - Advance
  • Proven experience on Figma, InDesign, Etc.
  • Mandatory portfolio with at least 1 developed case study that includes:
  • Clear context
  • Problem to solve 
  • Solution and measurable results 
  • Design process
  • Research
  • Definition
  • Ideation
  • Validation: 
  • Results
