About This Role
RGP is seeking an experienced Adaptive Planning Consultant to establish an Adaptive fund structure focused on actuals-only reporting. This consultant will integrate Adaptive with fund accounting systems and fund accounting processes to improve fund accounting visibility, enable ad hoc and compliance reporting, and strengthen consolidated reporting across entities- while laying the groundwork for future calculations and allocations. This consultant will design and deliver a scalable Adaptive solution that addresses current aggregation challenges and supports clean, reliable reporting
What You Will Work On
  • Design and implement an actuals-only Workday Adaptive Planning model to support fund-level, consolidated, and compliance reporting
  • Build and deliver high-quality Adaptive reports, including balance sheet, income statement, aggregate account, and ad hoc reporting
  • Design Adaptive architecture and data model, including entities, dimensions, attributes, and versions aligned to fund accounting structures
  • Integrate Adaptive with fund accounting systems and processes, leveraging data from Investran and existing BlackLine-related files
  • Develop and document COA mappings and dimensional frameworks to improve aggregation, consistency, and reporting accuracy
  • Partner closely with accounting and finance stakeholders to validate data, reporting outputs, and usability
  • Establish a scalable Adaptive foundation that supports future enhancements and expanded reporting capabilities
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including modeling, reporting, and integrations
  • Workday Adaptive Planning certification (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience integrating Adaptive with fund accounting systems and fund accounting processes
  • Solid understanding of fund accounting and/or financial services environments
  • Experience designing Adaptive architecture, including dimensions, attributes, and versions
  • Ability to design effective COA mappings and dimensional frameworks to support consolidated reporting
  • Familiarity with systems such as Investran, NetSuite, and BlackLine (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $75-100 per hour W2
