About This Role
RGP is seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics & Reporting Consultant to support a large, multi phase construction program in Mount Pleasant, WI. This role is fully onsite, alongside project leaders, field teams, and operational staff. The ideal consultant is hands on, detail oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast paced, industrial environment.

$80-95/hr DOE

What You Will Work On
  • Collect, prepare, validate, and analyze data from multiple internal systems, including labor hours, productivity metrics, raw materials, percent complete, safety indicators, and error rates.
  • Build and maintain visual dashboards and reporting tools for leadership using Excel (pivot tables) and Power BI or Tableau (required).
  • Develop clear, actionable visualizations that highlight progress, risks, and trends.
  • Create structured data sets that support real time decision making.
  • Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting as project conditions evolve.

What You Will Bring
  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
  • Power BI or Tableau expertise (required).
  • Proven experience sourcing data from multiple systems and presenting it in an executive ready visual format.
  • Ability to work comfortably onsite in a construction oriented environment.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to support occasional extended workdays.
