About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Intercompany Accounting professional to provide temporary support for a minimum of three to six months during the monthly close process. This role will focus heavily on intercompany (ICO) activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and stakeholder support related to Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) and other intercompany matters. The ideal candidate brings deep endtoend intercompany expertise and can lead and execute clean-up activities in a complex, global environment.


Fully Remote - Pay $70-$75/hour


What You Will Work On
Support monthly and quarterly close activities related to intercompany accounting
Execute topside pushdown entries related to intercompany activity
Address stakeholder requests regarding GR/IR balances and other ICO issues
Partner with outsourced accounting providers to ensure accurate and timely execution of ICO processes
Lead and drive intercompany clean-up initiatives, ensuring alignment with GAAP and SOX requirements
Ensure compliance with internal controls, including SOX controls, throughout the close process
Utilize SAP to analyze, reconcile, and resolve intercompany transactions

What You Will Bring

Multi-year, deep, end-to-end intercompany (ICO) accounting expertise, including:
GR/IR accounting
Intercompany journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Strong SAP experience (required)
Experience working with outsourced service providers
Demonstrated leadership in motivating teams and driving execution of intercompany clean-up efforts
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve ICO issues
