About This Role
We are seeking a Credit Risk Audit Consultant to join our team for a 6-12 month engagement. This role is crucial for supporting our client's credit risk oversight efforts, particularly in audit execution, and aligning with industry best practices. The consultant will work closely with internal teams, bringing subject matter expertise in credit risk, including CCAR, lending (commercial real estate, margin lending), and counterparty credit risk.
What You Will Work On
  • Perform audit work by reviewing and assessing various aspects of credit risk, including underwriting, stress testing, and risk management practices.
  • Execute audit tasks efficiently, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Leverage your understanding of the credit lifecycle and expertise in specific product areas such as commercial real estate, bank margin lending or other relevant domains.
  • Offer strategic guidance and technical knowledge to enhance the team’s capabilities in credit risk management.
What You Will Bring
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in audit processes, particularly within the Financial Services Banking, Capital Markets industries.
  • Proven track record in Credit Risk Audit or CCAR, Commercial Lending and Counterparty Credit Risk.

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $ 70-$90, flexible DOE
