About This Role
RGP is looking for Internal Audit, Financial Audit and Regulatory & Compliance Audit Professionals to support RGP's Top-Tier Banking, Asset Management, Capital Markets and Insurance Clients.
What You Will Work On
You will execute Audits hands-on, including planning and perform Internal Audit functions. You will ensure Quality Assurance and Quality Review of Audits.  You will issue audit reports and recommend improved controls and processes and other remediation steps. 
What You Will Bring
You will bring:
  • a Bachelor's or other Advanced Degree
  • 5+ years of experience performing Internal Audit or Compliance Audit, Risk and Controls, Regulatory Remediation functions within Major Financial Services firms (Banking, Capital Markets, Asset / Investment Management). 
  • Ideal Candidates will have CPA, CIA or other relevant certifications and/or Big 4 Accounting Firm foundational experience. 
  • Hands-on expertise in executing in one or more of the following areas within large Financial Services Firms: Internal Controls Audit, Financial and Operational Risk Audit, Audit of Banking Products, Regulatory or Compliance Audits (e.g. BSA, AML,CCAR, Data Privacy, Consumer Fraud, etc.), Audit of Cyber / IT Security or IT Applications.. 
  • Proven excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills, with proven ability interacting across various levels of the organization and management.
What You Can Expect
  • Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite. ROLES IN NYC MAY REQUIRE ONSITE 2-4 DAYS PER WEEK.
  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
    • Pay Range: TARGETED HOURLY PAY RANGE is $95-70 per hour depending on experience
