About This Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst to join our corporate IT team. Under the general supervision of the Support Services Manager, Helpdesk Support provides technical support to all company end-users by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. This position will by hybrid in our New York office.
What You Will Work On
  • Answer inquiries to the company IT Support Services via phone and company Support Portal.
  • Resolve and document end-user incidents utilizing remote access tools and the Freshservice WMS.
  • Support software includes: Windows 11, Server 2022, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Freshservice ticketing, Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Microsoft Teams, Go2Assist, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Exchange, Mimecast.
  • Configure desktop and laptop computers for end-users.
  • Create and maintain Active Directory accounts, e-mail accounts, and group distribution lists.
  • Modify / Create O365 accounts using MS O365 Admin portal.
  • Perform software and security upgrades as needed.
  • Support hardware includes: Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Mobile Phones, Multi-Function Printers.
  • Support industry-specific software includes: Salesforce, Workday, and Avature.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's or equivalent from an accredited hour year university is preferred.
  • 3+ years of technical support and customer service experience.
  • Prioritize work and manage multiple tasks at one time.
  • Communicate complex business concepts in writing and verbally.
  • Install equipment, machines, wiring, and/or programs to meet specifications.
  • Identify system problems or limitations and implement a method to correct the issue.
What You Can Expect
  • All Compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
  • Base Pay Range: $56,000 - $66,000
  • Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation
