About This Role
As the Interim Supply Chain Finance Leader reporting to the Corporate CFO of a multi-billion dollar revenue, privately-held, consumer-packaged goods/food and beverage industry, you will lead the manufacturing finance team while driving financial performance across the manufacturing organization. You will also leverage your experience across manufacturing, logistics, transportation, and procurement functions to lead the organization's ongoing productivity initiative. Reporting to the Corporate CFO, you will provide valuable leadership, insight, and analysis as the organization looks to improve visibility and understanding of financial performance across the supply chain finance organization.
What You Will Work On
  • Provide leadership to the Supply Chain Finance and Operations teams utilizing leading edge financial leadership with manufacturing and supply chain expertise.
  • Leverage your strong experience in supply chain finance to improve understanding and management of the cost of goods sold (COGS) section of the income statement.
  • Utilize your process and procedure implementation experience to increase effective reporting of inventory, margins and excess costs. 
  • Oversee manufacturing finance processes, including monthly close and performance analysis and insights, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and ad hoc projects as required.
  • Partner with business leaders across the supply chain organization to deliver productivity savings.
What You Will Bring
  • VP, Senior Director level experience leading supply chain finance teams for a global organization
  • Experience leading cost-saving productivity initiatives across the supply chain organization
  • Experience leading large teams
  • Experience with SAP (SAP S4/HANA is preferred)
  • Deep understanding of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), inventory, margin analysis and pricing initiatives
  • Expertise in driving process improvement and internal control initiatives
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels
  • Strong client service approach with the ability to be consultative and execute

  • Ability to work in an onsite workplace arrangement.  Travel and all expenses are reimbursable.
