About This Role
As an Interim FP&A Consultant you will join our client’s finance team in Orlando and provide critical support during a period of transition. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining financial models, analyzing trends, and supporting month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with large data sets, and can deliver actionable insights to leadership in a clear, concise way. This is a hybrid role based in Orlando, with on-site presence in Orlando a few days per week preferred.
What You Will Work On
  • Financial Modeling: Update and adjust existing models for new data and business scenarios
  • Close & Forecasting Support: Assist with month-end close activities, forecasting cycles, and budgeting
  • Trend Analysis: Identify, track, and explain key trends and business drivers
  • Variance Explanations: Provide detailed risk & opportunity (R&O) and variance commentary to leadership
  • Data Review: Collaborate with finance and operations teams to review and validate financial data
  • Executive Reporting: Create clear, compelling presentations and dashboards using PowerPoint and Excel
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • CPA preferred
  • Hands-on FP&A experience with a focus on modeling and analytics
  • Strong understanding of KPI tracking, financial data review, and business drivers
  • Proven ability to identify and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and visualization
  • Experience with NetSuite (required) and prior exposure to manufacturing industry
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $55-$65 per hour
