About This Role
We are seeking a Finance Data Management Consultant for a 12-month project-based role, based in Phoenix, AZ. This W2-based position offers a hybrid work environment and will support a major finance technology transformation project. The consultant will play a critical role in migrating credit card and loyalty program processing to a third-party vendor platform, ensuring seamless integration with the Finance Organized Data Layer (FODL) and the FALCON platform.
What You Will Work On
  • Support the migration of credit card and loyalty program processing to a third-party vendor platform.
  • Ensure integration with the FALCON and FODL platforms for accurate data processing and usability across finance functions.
  • Develop and maintain source-to-target data mapping and data sourcing documentation.
  • Assess and bridge the gaps between current state data mappings and future state, aligning new vendor platform data with downstream users (e.g., accounting, regulatory reporting).
  • Validate the completeness and accuracy of data elements within FALCON and FODL.
  • Ensure the data management structure supports business requirements, particularly in accounting and regulatory reporting.
  • Provide ongoing business and data analysis support during implementation, testing, and integration phases.
  • Understand end-to-end data flows and identify data dependencies across upstream and downstream systems.
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, and issues, providing timely updates to leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project milestones and delivery.

What You Will Bring
  • Strong experience in data management and business analysis within a finance environment, particularly related to credit card processing, loyalty programs, and financial data.
  • Proficient in data integration and migration projects, especially with third-party vendor platforms.
  • Expertise in source-to-target data mapping, data sourcing requirements, and financial data validation.
  • Solid understanding of accounting and regulatory reporting data needs and dependencies.
  • Ability to navigate complex data structures and align them with business processes.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing timelines, risks, and reporting to leadership.
  • Experience with tools and platforms like FALCON, FODL, or similar financial data systems is a plus.
  • This is a hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ, with both remote and on-site work requirements. The successful candidate will need to collaborate with teams and attend meetings at the Phoenix location as needed.

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $65-$85/hr. W2
