About This Role
We are seeking a dynamic FP&A professional who can serve as the critical link between finance leadership and technical teams. This role will ensure that Adaptive Planning is optimized to support strategic decision-making, executive reporting, and day-to-day FP&A processes. Acting as a liaison, you will translate business requirements into functional solutions and drive enhancements that improve usability and insight.
What You Will Work On
  • Partner with FP&A leadership to understand planning and reporting objectives and convert them into actionable requirements for technical implementation.
  • Design and refine front-end workflows and dashboards in Adaptive Planning to support accurate forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between finance stakeholders and technical consultants, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Enhance FP&A processes by leveraging Adaptive Planning and Power BI for advanced analytics and visualization.
  • Champion best practices in planning, reporting, and data integrity across the organization.

What You Will Bring
  • BA/BS degree in Finance or related field (i.e. Accounting, Economics)
  • Strong FP&A process knowledge with the ability to apply best practices in planning and reporting.
  • Functional expertise in Adaptive Planning (focus on usability and process optimization rather than technical build).
  • Power BI proficiency, including dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge business and technical needs.



What You Can Expect

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $75/hr - $90/hr
