About This Role

As M&A Integration Program Manager, you will lead and coordinate end to end integration activities for specific work streams for our global tech client. This role will focus on ensuring strategic alignment, operational continuity, and value realization, all critical to the integration success. You will have overall project leadership, own and develop project plan & strategy, and execute against the plan working in partnership with global stakeholders, executive sponsors, functional leads, and external advisors across the two entities.

What You Will Work On
  • Own and manage the functional integration project strategy, structure, process, standards and governance working in collaboration with key internal stakeholders to create detailed integration plan; organize and direct the completion of complex integration transformation projects while managing risks and issues to minimize scope, budget, and schedule impacts.
  • Day to day ownership of project delivery, proactively building trusted working relationships with functional leaders, business leaders, engineering and technology partners to drive alignment, increase collaboration and optimize project operations.
  • Function as the primary point of contact between acquiring and acquired entities. Ensure appropriate sponsorship and align stakeholders around initiative goals. Collaborate globally to influence key stakeholders on project scope/vision, solutions, budget, and schedule.
  • Identify risks, dependencies and issues across the project. Develop mitigation strategies and coordinate mitigation actions to meet the broader organization goals, milestones and objectives.
  • Establish communications cadence to ensure appropriate program governance and facilitate weekly project team meetings to provide status on progress and milestone achievement.
  • Identify and track cost savings, efficiency gains, and strategic synergies.
  • Collect lessons learned and ideas for continuous improvement as the project progresses.
  • Leverage data insights to measure and report project performance against plan.

What You Will Bring
  • 15+ years of project / program management experience leading complex acquisition integration and transformation initiatives in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in technology industry a MUST
  • Proven expertise in M&A and/or Acquisition Integration is mandatory. Finance and other functional expertise are an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, MBA a bonus
  • Knowledge of business transformation/ change management and project and program management approaches/ methodology, planning, execution, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills; as well as strong cross functional communication skills to drive alignment across the organization. Demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership skills, able to build credibility and lead without authority.
  • Detailed, motivated and solution-oriented individual that can collaborate well with internal stakeholders and external partners at all levels, and as needed. The ability to execute effectively while collaborating across teams and global locations will be key to success in this role.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to mitigate risk and manage interdependencies are critical as well as managing ambiguity and the ability to navigate through constant shifts in direction of projects and strategies.
  • Ability to execute project plans, managing deadlines, experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners across global time zones.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to drive results.

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
    • Pay Range: $80-95/hr
