About This Role
RGP is seeking an experienced Test Automation Consultant to design and implement an end-to-end automation framework supporting Quantum Treasury systems. This role will drive the consolidation of test packs, development of automation solutions, and delivery of regression and smoke test suites, while ensuring adoption and long-term sustainability through training and handover.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise with Tricentis Tosca, Azure DevOps, and Quantum, as well as strong stakeholder management skills to lead adoption workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and SME enablement.
What You Will Work On
  • Stand up project access and consolidate test inventory (Quantum, Tosca, Azure DevOps)
  • Design and implement a Tosca automation framework integrated with Azure DevOps
  • Build P0 regression and smoke suites covering critical deal lifecycle scenarios
  • Conduct workshops, UAT sessions, and train SMEs on suite execution
  • Extend to P1 regression, deliver SOPs, and support handover and closure
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of professional experience in test automation, QA, or systems transformation roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Tricentis Tosca, Azure DevOps pipelines, and Quantum Treasury systems.
  • Proven track record in automation framework design and regression suite delivery.
  • Experience leading UAT, SME training, and adoption workshops.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Pay Range: $95-100hr
