About This Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level Enterprise Application Developer to build and enhance platform solutions supporting tax operations. This role focuses on technical development, workflow automation, declarative application building, data management, and reporting solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that enable operational excellence across finance and accounting functions.
What You Will Work On
  • Develop and enhance custom applications supporting business operations
  • Build custom objects, fields, and relationships to support workflows
  • Design and implement automated processes, approval workflows, and notifications
  • Build task management systems and automated alerts to improve efficiency
  • Develop declarative applications using platform app builder tools
  • Create modern UI components and custom pages
  • Implement data validation rules, business logic, and workflow optimization
  • Build advanced reports and dashboards with dynamic visualizations
  • Handle data loads, migration, transformation, and quality controls
  • Integrate platform solutions with external enterprise systems
What You Will Bring
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with enterprise low-code/no-code platforms
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce declarative development (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Formula Fields)
  • Experience with other platforms valued: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Creatio, Mendix, OutSystems, Appian
  • Familiarity with modern UI components and basic custom code development
  • Advanced knowledge of workflow automation, approval processes, and platform configuration
  • Proficiency in reporting, dashboards, and analytics tools (CRM Analytics, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with data integration, structured data formats, and platform query language
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Platform Administrator or App Builder certification
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of enterprise security and compliance standards
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
