About This Role
As an SAP S/4 HANA Program Lead, you will partner with our client's work site leads to assist with planning and coordination to oversee the successful global implementation of SAP. You will leverage your prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as your implementation and deployment experience with S/4 HANA, to provide guidance on best practices, customizations, and configurations. This project requires monthly international travel to Europe. 
What You Will Work On
  • Lead Project Planning and Strategy through collaboration with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
  • Develop a deployment strategy, considering factors like system architecture, data migration, and user training.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Identify potential risks during deployment and develop mitigation plans and monitor project “health” and address issues. 
  • Ensure data accuracy, system stability and adherence to standards. Conduct testing and resolve defects. 
  • Plan and execute cutover activities including data validation, system go-live, and post-go-live support.
  • Coordinate data migration, system downtime, and user training during cutover. 
  • Manage team project managers with a focus on meeting deadlines and resource allocation. 
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders, including executives and end-users. 

What You Will Bring
  • Develop a deployment strategy, considering factors like system architecture, data migration, and user training.
  • Lead a team of SAP consultants, developers, and analysts.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Understand SAP modules (such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Human Resources) and their integration.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, customization, and configuration
  • Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute cutover activities.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Coordinate data migration, system downtime, and user training during cutover.
  • Data validation, system go-live, and post-go-live support experience. 

What You Can Expect
  • Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
  • Pay Range: $90/hr. - $130/hr.
