About This Role
RGP is hiring an M&A Revenue Accounting Integration Manager to lead the accounting and finance workstreams for strategic acquisitions. This high-impact role will partner with Corporate Development, Accounting, and Finance teams to manage financial due diligence, purchase accounting, and post-acquisition integrations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with project management skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can influence deal outcomes and drive successful integration across global teams.
What You Will Work On
The M&A Revenue Accounting Integration Manager will lead financial due diligence, purchase accounting, and post-acquisition accounting integrations. This role will partner closely with Corporate Development, Technical Accounting, Revenue Accounting, Finance, and operational teams to ensure successful integration of acquired businesses while maintaining compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
•Lead financial due diligence efforts, partnering with external advisors and Corporate Development to assess acquisition targets and support deal negotiations.
• Manage business combination accounting under ASC 805, including purchase price allocations, fair value assessments, opening balance sheet entries, and preparation of technical accounting memoranda. 
• Assess acquired companies' revenue recognition practices and ensure compliance with ASC 606 and U.S. GAAP, while aligning policies, processes, and controls with company standards. 
• Lead accounting and finance integration activities across key workstreams, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Payroll. 
• Drive cross-functional integration planning, governance, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting to ensure successful and timely acquisition integration. 
• Partner with Revenue Accounting, Technical Accounting, Finance, and Operational teams to resolve complex accounting and integration matters. 
• Develop, enhance, and standardize M&A accounting and integration processes to create scalable frameworks that support future acquisitions and operational efficiency. 
•Support people-focused integration initiatives, fostering effective communication, collaboration, and a positive transition experience for acquired employees and stakeholders.



What You Will Bring
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
•CPA strongly preferred.
•10+ years of combined Big Four public accounting and relevant industry experience, preferably within SaaS or technology companies.
•Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including significant experience applying ASC 805 business combination accounting.
•Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, purchase accounting, and integration activities.
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
•Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•Experience translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable results.
•Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and challenge the status quo.
•SAP experience preferred.
Salary: $180,000-$220,000K+Bonus
