What You Will Work On
Responsibilities:
  • The Program Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale programs, such as rolling out a new launch process to product areas across the company. This role involves working across Trust & Safety, Engineering, PMs, TPMs, and other stakeholders to get buy-in and implement the new launch process. 
  • The Program Manager will establish governance structure, monitor progress, ensure comms are up to date, allocate resources, and ensure the overall success of the program.

What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5-7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cyber-security, business  strategy, or related fields.
1 year of experience in people management, leading a team.
Program Management experience a must
Search experience- nice to have
Safety & Trust experience- nice to have
Privacy, Security, Cybersecurity, Compliance/ Risk (Tech/ System) - all relevant experience
Technology industry experience  - a must
Seattle or WA based a must. 2 days on campus

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $85hr.
